Finding Treasure / August 21, 2026, Valencia, Spain

Today I went to the beach. At first, I didn’t want to because it was crowded, and I’m not a big fan of sand and salt water.

The next thing, I jumped in the water with goggles on. The water was cold at first, but I got used to it. I then found a plastic bag, and then another, and more pieces of trash. I brought them back to the beach and threw them away.

I went back out to pick up more trash. Then next, I looked underwater and I saw a small piece of paper. I grabbed it, and I saw that it was a 50 euro! I grabbed it and showed my parents. I was so excited! My mom told me that was the oceans way of saying thank you.
