CWT Journal – August 2, 2026 / Paris -> Lyon

Our last morning in Paris was packed with famous sights. We started at the Arc de Triomphe, then made our way past the Louvre Museum—home of the world-famous Mona Lisa—and strolled down the iconic Champs-Élysées. After saying goodbye to Paris, we boarded our bus for the journey to Lyon to meet our Race2Adventure river ship. Along the way, we stopped in the beautiful town of Beaune, where we enjoyed an unforgettable lunch featuring delicious pork knuckle. The girls couldn't resist stopping for ice cream at a famous shop with a 30-minute line, and we made it back to the bus just in time—almost missing our ride! It was the perfect mix of history, great food, and a little excitement.
