The Prado Museum /August 18, 2026 / Madrid, Spain

Yesterday was pretty fun, but today we had to drive 2 hours again. Anyway, yesterday we went to a museum called Prado that used to be the Royals’ art museum.

My favorite painting was The Garden of Earthly Delights, but there was some really cool history, and a cool tour guide was also really fun too.

We saw some very dark paintings by Goya that he didn’t want anyone to know about, so he painted on the walls inside of his house. And so when people figured it out, they transferred all of the dark, scary paintings to the museum.

We just got back from the drive, so I need to rest. Anyway, it all was very fun!
